Using this site
You're welcome here. Please don't try to break, scrape, overload, or misuse the site, and don't use it to do anything unlawful. The content, design, and code of this site are ours.
What we provide
We provide digital services: web and software, branding and design, strategy, search and AI, and marketing. Anything you read here is a description of what we do, not a binding quote. Pricing is scope-dependent, so the real number gets confirmed in your proposal before any work starts.
Who owns the work
The work we create for you is yours once the project is paid in full: the design, the code, and the files. We may show finished work in our portfolio and case studies unless you ask us not to. Third-party tools, fonts, plugins, and stock assets keep their own licenses, which we'll flag when they apply.
The basics, plainly
We do our best work and stand behind it, but the site and its content are provided “as is,” without warranties. We're not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the site. Links to other sites are for convenience; we don't control or vouch for them. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA.
Changes
We may update these terms as the business grows. The current version always lives here with its review date at the top.
