Web Design for Small Businesses in Utah

Our top offer is SEO and the marketing side of web development, and every website we build starts from that. A site that looks good and gets no visitors has not done its job, so ranking and converting are designed in from the first page map: the search each page should answer, the heading and title that say so, the proof that earns trust and the button that asks for the call. We serve small businesses across Utah and beyond, with Logan, in Cache Valley, as home base.

What a KORB website is

A KORB website is built for one business, on the right tech stack for what that business needs. Every page is as fast as the content allows and looks like your business, not like the site next door. We are a full digital services studio in Logan, Utah, and we build sites for small businesses and growing companies across Utah and beyond.

The word "custom" gets stretched a lot in this industry. Here it means we start from your services, your customers and your town, decide which pages the site needs, and write each one. A plumber needs a different site than a coaching program, and neither needs a stock layout with the logo swapped.

Web Design in about a minute

Who this is for

Most people who call us are in one of these situations:

  • No website yet. You have a Facebook page and a Google listing, and customers keep asking where to look you up.
  • A site that does not show up. It was built years ago on Wix or Squarespace, and it does not appear on Google Maps or for the search you care about.
  • A site that is slow on a phone. Most people who look up a local business do it on a phone. If your page takes five seconds to show anything, they go back and tap the next result.
  • A site nobody can edit. The person who built it moved on, and changing a phone number means a support ticket.
  • A business that outgrew its first site. You added services, a second location or an online store, and the old structure no longer fits.

If you sell to people nearby, such as contractors, salons, trainers, coaches, makers and professional offices, this is the kind of work we do most.

What is included

Every KORB website comes with the following:

  • Pages planned around your customers. We list the questions people ask before they call and give each main service its own page.
  • Design that matches your brand. Your colors and logo, and your own photos wherever you have them. If you need a logo first, we do that too.
  • Mobile first. We check every page on a real phone before it ships.
  • Forms that work. A short contact form, a click-to-call number, and a test submission that proves the message reaches you.
  • The search basics. One H1 per page, titles and descriptions, a sitemap, local business markup, and your site verified in Google Search Console.
  • Analytics. Cookieless statistics by default, so you do not need a consent banner for ordinary visitor counts.
  • A privacy page that matches what the site really does.
  • Hosting, SSL and backups, set up under your accounts.

Redesigns, landing pages, online stores and ongoing care have their own pages: see website redesign, landing pages, e-commerce and the website care plan.

How we build it, step by step

1. A free call

We talk about what you sell, who buys it and what your current site does or fails to do. We also look at your site and Google listing before the call so you do not have to explain them. You leave with a few quick fixes whether or not we work together.

2. Plan and price

We write down the pages, the features and the price, plus a launch date. You see this before any design work begins. If the budget is tight, we say what to build first and what can wait for a second round.

3. Design and build

You send logo, photos, service list and a link to your Google Business Profile. We send back a working draft on a private address that you can open on your own phone. Revisions happen on the real pages, because screenshots hide problems that show up in a browser.

4. Launch and care

We connect your domain, switch the site on at a quiet hour, check forms, redirects and Search Console, and keep watching the site after it is live. Then the care plan takes over the upkeep if you want it.

What it costs

Standard prices are in the Pricing section of this page. Two small businesses rarely need exactly the same thing, so every job gets a statement of work (SOW) with your exact scope, timeline and price before any work starts. What we can say plainly:

  • Every monthly plan includes a free five-page Launch Site: Home, Services, About, Reviews and Contact, in your colors, with a contact form and click-to-call.
  • The plans are Foundation, Growth and Scale, each with its own commitment term. You can read what each includes and costs on the pricing page.
  • Larger work, such as a custom build with bookings, a members area or a full redesign, is scoped in the SOW after the call.
  • What moves the number: how many pages, how much writing and photography we need from scratch, and whether the site needs logins, payments or integrations.

How long it takes

The build itself moves quickly. The slow part is nearly always waiting on photos, final wording and sign-off, so the single best thing you can do is gather your photos and a service list before we start. At the plan-and-price step we give you a launch date in writing.

Why a Logan web designer helps

Cache Valley is a place where people still ask a neighbor who to call. A good website backs that up. It confirms what the person heard, shows the work, and makes the next step obvious on the phone they are already holding.

Local also means practical details that national agencies miss. We know that a lot of Cache Valley customers search from Logan, Hyrum, Smithfield, Providence, Hyde Park, Nibley and Preston, and that Utah State University brings a steady stream of students and parents who have never heard of your business. We write the service area into the page where it belongs and set up your Google Business Profile to match, so Maps and your website say the same thing.

Work you can look at

These are live client sites you can visit today, all built by KORB Digital:

  • Highrise Chess, a coaching platform for chess lessons.
  • S&C Handyman, a local service site with a request form built for phone visitors.
  • KRYSFIT, a personal trainer's site.
  • Sage & Stone Pets, a custom storefront for a pet products brand, with Shopify behind it for checkout.
  • The 90 Day Solution, a coaching program site.
  • Starlene Consulting, a business site.

The portfolio links to each. We only publish results a client has approved, so you will not find invented percentages here.

Questions to ask any web designer

Whoever you hire, ask them these:

  • Will the domain and hosting be in my name?
  • Can I see a site you built, on my phone, right now?
  • Who updates the site after launch, and what does that cost?
  • What happens to my email and my Google ranking if I leave?
  • Is there a contract term, and what does it say about ending early?

We are happy to answer all of them on the first call.

Start with a free consult

Tell us what your business does and where your current site falls short. We will send back a short list of fixes you can use even if you build elsewhere. If it makes sense to work together, we will put a scope, a price and a date in writing.

Pricing

Every price we post is on one page. See all pricing.

  • Launch Site

5 pages (Home, Services, About, Reviews, Contact) in your colors and logo, mobile responsive, contact form and click-to-call, Google Business Profile connected, SEO and AI-search basics, analytics. About 3 weeks.

    $1,800

  • Business Site

Up to 10 pages, copywriting for every page, a page per service and per city you serve, a blog with 2 starter posts, speed work, GA4 key events, 2 revision rounds. About 5 weeks.

    $3,500

    from $6,000

Or included in any monthly plan: the plans include a Launch Site you rent while the plan runs.

These are starting prices for standard builds. Every business is different, so before any work starts we write a statement of work (SOW) with your exact scope, timeline and price, which can come in lower or higher than these.

Questions people ask

Standard prices are in the Pricing section of this page: a Launch Site, a Business Site and a custom build. A five-page brochure site and a site with bookings and a store are very different jobs, so before any work starts we write a statement of work (SOW) with your exact scope, timeline and price. The simplest route is a monthly plan, and every plan includes a five-page Launch Site.

It depends mostly on how fast the photos, text and approvals reach us. At the plan-and-price step you get a launch date in writing, and we work back from it.

Yes. Your domain, hosting, Google and analytics accounts are opened in your name, and we are added as users. If we ever part ways, nobody can lock you out.

We use the right tech stack for the job. Most of our sites run on a modern framework built for speed, stores run on Shopify, and we can work with WordPress when a business needs it. If you already have a site on one of those platforms, we can move you off it without losing your email or your search rankings.

Yes. The monthly plans include edits and photo updates (up to 2 hours a month on Foundation, more on higher plans), plus hosting, backups and a monthly look at how the site is doing.

Logan and Cache Valley are home, and we like meeting people in person. Most of the work is done remotely, so we also build for businesses elsewhere in Utah and across the country.

We set up the things that let Google find and understand it: one clear heading per page, titles, a sitemap, local business markup and Search Console. Ranking also depends on competition, reviews and time, so we do not promise a position.
