How we handle your data.
This is the plain-language version. KORB Digital (“we”) keeps data collection to the minimum it takes to answer you and run the site, and we never sell it. Last reviewed June 2026.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email, what you need help with, an optional budget range, and your message.
- Find-your-fit chat: the answers you type, used only to suggest a starting point.
- Analytics: anonymized usage data via Google Analytics (pages viewed, rough location, device) so we can improve the site.
How we use it
To reply to your inquiry, scope and deliver work you ask for, and understand how the site is used so we can make it better. That is the whole list.
Who processes it
We rely on a few trusted services to run the site, each handling only what they need:
- Vercel: hosting and content delivery.
- Resend: sending us your contact-form message by email.
- Neon: the database that stores inquiries so none get lost.
- Upstash: rate limiting to keep forms free of spam and abuse.
- Google Analytics: anonymized, aggregate site analytics.
What we don't do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We don't send marketing emails unless you ask us to.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we have, correct it, or delete it, anytime. Email info@korbdigital.com and we'll take care of it. You can opt out of analytics with your browser's Do Not Track setting or an ad/analytics blocker.
Security
The site is served entirely over HTTPS (encrypted in transit), and access to stored inquiries is limited to KORB. No method is ever perfectly secure, but we treat your information the way we'd want ours treated.
